League Master - New Registration System

For those players that currently participate in the Surrey League system or those that would like to in the future, please see the following announcement from League Master.

To All Clubs and Teams

NEW REGISTRATION SYSTEM

As you are all aware, England Squash changed their membership system and rather than clubs registering and paying for the majority of their players, individual players must now register directly.

Surrey are also adopting a registration system for all players starting for this Winter leagues. This simply requires players to register on the Surrey League Master site at https://surreysquash.leaguemaster.co.uk , at which point they will automatically receive a email with their login details. This will allow them to add their ES membership number and any other details that may be required, and also make them available for playing in the leagues.

A key part of the system is that clubs will no longer be able to add or edit individual players, as the registration system requires players to select their club and this will populate the club players list.

VISIBLE PLAYERS

Although everyone who has ever played in the leagues will remain in the system (all 8,860 of them) and all the leagues, fixtures and players will still be visible via the public pages, the only way to move to the new system is to create new versions of each player via the registration system. So please note that once the system is turned on, ALL PLAYERS IN THE CLUB PLAYER LISTS WILL DISAPPEAR (although all records on League Master will remain) and only once a player is registered will a club be able to see and select them for nominations.

For those players who will be playing for more than one club - maybe the main league and also the vets league - they must first register for one club and then contact a league admin who can add them to any additional clubs. This would also be the case if a player moves clubs in the future.

POSSIBLE ISSUES

The new registration system will be activated today, Friday 29/08/2025. The main Summer league has now finished and we need the system to be up and running before the Vets league starts next month, although the main Winter leagues will not start until October which gives time for all clubs to get their players registered.

In addition to no longer being able to see existing players, ALL SUMMER LEAGUES WILL BE DISABLED.

There may be one or two fixtures that have not be played yet. Unfortunately there is no option but to move to the new system asap, so if you have a result that needs to be added to League Master, please contact the specific league admin who will ensure that the results are added.

NOTIFY PLAYERS

It will be up to clubs and teams to notify their players as soon as possible and ask them to register.
