Hi [[firstname]]

Members' Meeting To Outline The Next Steps Following Completion Of The Sale Of The Tennis Courts (The Land Sale)

At the Land Sale meeting held in November 2024, we were asked how we intended to use the monies received from this sale. We advised that our intention was to work with members on developing the club, and that use of these monies would form part of the club's overall business plan to do this. We also advised that, following completion of the sale, we would invite all members to meet with us, where we would provide answers to questions from members on progress so far and the next steps.

As you know, we have recently conducted a survey of all members to obtain their opinions and ideas for development of the club, but we would welcome any additional ideas that members provide at this meeting.

The next step will be to work with members, using a number of workshops, to distill all of these ideas to form the club's business plan, which will incorporate a development plan focused on physical improvement to the club.

We also advised that we then intend to create a development committee to take forward this development plan, formed of committee members and club members.

We would therefore like to invite you to meet with us on Monday August 10th 2026 at 7:30pm
