Members meeting 16th September 26 for those not able to attend 10 August

Dear Member

On 10th August last we convened, as previously promised, a members meeting to discuss the next steps in the sale of Land process..

We received however, a number of messages from members who were not able to attend on 10th August due to holidays and other commitments. Members suggested that we might provide an alternative date so that all club members who wished could attend and participate in the process,

It was therefore agreed that a second meeting be held at a time when schools had started the Autumn term.

The meeting will take place therefore on 16th September 2026 at 7:30pm in the main hall

It should be noted that this meeting is intended for those unable to attend the meeting .held on 10th August
